I’ve been a loft dweller for approx. 14 yrs. Off and on. I started off in Minneapolis MN in a loft and now I live in Miami in a loft. I also started off living in a loft single by myself and now live as a family of 4 in a loft so life has changed.
The main reason I want to share my story and ideas is to help people realize anyone single, married or married with a family can live in a loft and how much I love it and others might love it too.
Open Space, no Walls, huge windows, lots of light, and tall ceilings!! No Storage, no privacy, sound travels, no bedrooms…. No Problem!!!
11 years ago I decided I was all in and purchased my first property which was a 1750 sq ft Loft at Parc Lofts, with a great outdoor space, 1 bath and laundry/storage room. It was a SE corner unit with ton of huge windows, lots of light and concrete floors. I’m Crazy…..what am I going to do with all this space? Throw awesome dinner parties for 40.
